Received these very pretty sheets and placed them in the wash..label on package said KING, which I had ordered.
They retained an odd smell after a wash and dry, so i had to re- wash them. Still a slight petroleum smell, so cleansed them. Third time a charm.
The sheets, however, do not first the bed! While labeled on the package as KING, the set actually contained a California King fitted, a Queen flat and twin cases that barely fit a twin size pillow. The sheets also pilled a teeny bit, but that would not have prevented me from keeping them, as they are quite soft,
They just don't fit- this was a ridiculous error . The color is beautiful

These are pretty and perfect for my babygirls room since it is butterflies. But if you have a satin, simi gloss, or high gloss paint it will not sitck to the wall well. Mine are holding now (I have a simi gloss finish) but the edges always come up and I have to keep pushing them down, they probly won't last to much longer.

We are doing our daughters nursery in purple and white butterflies, so we thought we had found the perfect crib set... however, upon receiving it, we discovered that everything is outlined prominently in gold thread - not what we were expecting, or hoping for. We were quite disappointed and returned it in exchange for a simple purple and white gingham set from Pottery Barn. The seller was wonderful - the product, disappointing.

i was actually worried about the shade of purple in this set when i bought it cuz to me online it looks to be a cooler shade of purple and the shades i have in the nursery now are warm. i was afraid it would not match the room but couldn't pass up the 13 piece set- because for this price its an amazing deal! i got the set yesterday and was pleasantly suprised that the color of purple does not look like it is in the pictures its a much warmer shade of purple. its soft and beautiful and matches the room perfectly- i couldn't be happier. and what a deal! i didn't even notice the gold in it, if other reviewers hadn't pointed it out.
